This sermon looks the way the Lord Jesus compassionately healed people during His earthly ministry and helps us understand the confusion surrounding the relevance of these miracles for today. The miracles of Christ are important because they point to the identity of the Messiah; the authority of Jesus over creation; they reveal His compassionate heart; and they point to the future reality of new heavens and earth.
