This sermon is from James 3. The text talks primarily about the dangers of not controlling our tongue or our words and speech. It is interesting to note that every chapter of James cautions us against giving free reign to our tongues. We are to be careful, thoughtful and wise in the way we speak. In fact, the latter part of chapter 3 speaks of how wisdom is manifest in our actions, even our words.
