Text: Acts 1:1 – 26

We begin an exciting journey into the book of Acts this morning. Just over 2 years ago we had started the gospel account of Luke. Luke was a physician, one of the companions of Paul. He was a careful and meticulous writer who compiled the accounts of the disciples and wrote his gospel account, followed by the books of Acts. Acts is also called the Acts of the apostles and often also the Acts of the Holy Spirit.
