The idea of a family was created and purposed by God at the time of Creation itself in Genesis 1:28. When God created the man and woman and instituted marriage, he also mandated them to have children and to “fill the earth.” Children and parenting is a part of God’s good purpose in His creation. This sermon looks at the responsibility that parents have to their children and the responsibility that children have toward their parents.
